I agree with Tammy, keywords in the H1 and H2 headers significantly increase the SEO. You can also use bold or italics on your keywords in your content, just don’t over do it and finally make sure your keywords are located near the beginning of the first sentence and in the last paragraph of your content as well.

I also recommend using your keywords in a header tag. This really helps the SE’s as well.
